All About Flats

Hello, All My Darling Divas!

Yet another Friday has sneaked up on us! Is it just me or did this week go by quickly?? Either way, I am so thrilled that I get to come up here and talk to you about my latest obsession..shoes. Ever since I have found more shoes in my size, I swear I am running to the store buying them every 5 mins! Today we are going to talk about flats. They are super comfortable, and everybody loves them! In today’s video, we are going to go over different types of flats and how to style them! So enough of the chit-chat lets get into the video!

Did you enjoy? Which type of flat is your favorite down below! I, of course, wouldn’t show you shoes and not show a collage on how to style them, so let’s get into the breakdown of each look! Remember that you can pin each of these collages by checking out my Pinterest page for NoMinusPlus! Click here to pin today!

Style of Flat: Loafer
Perfect for: Casual wear
Loafers are great for elevating your casual gear. They are especially perfect if you consider your style to be preppy, or are interested in trying out that style! I love loafers because they have a sophisticated look to them, and are super comfortable! If you have never tried a pair before I dare you to try a pair this year!
Style of Flat: Standard Flats
Perfect For: Work, Casual Wear, Transitioning from Heels
Standard Flats are pretty much able to go with any look, but I really love them for work wear! You can still be professional and comfortable! When I worked in Retail, and other business casual settings, flats were my best friends! I still looked polished, but I was comfortable!
Style of Flat: Pointed Flats
Perfect For: Dressing up a casual look

Pointed flats are a must have for any wardrobe! If you don’t have a pair, then go out and buy a pair immediately! I usually like to wear pointed flats as a comfortable option for heels. They look amazing with skirt and dresses, and give me an instant retro look to my outfits!

Style of Flat: Tie-Up Flats
Perfect For: Nights Out

I love Tie-Up Flats! They make a statement, and are perfect for a night out! I am definitely the girl who has her shoes in her hand at the end of the night at a club! To avoid that I started wearing tie-up flats! It’s a super sexy style, and will save your toes! Don’t worry you will thank me later!

So, ladies, that is for your blog post of the day! I really hope you enjoyed learning all about flats! If you are a shoe obsessed diva comment down below your favorite type of shoe! Are you following me on social media yet? You should be! Keep connected with me and the blog by checking out the links at the top of the page! Be sure to come right back here on Monday for another brand new blog post! I love you lots like tater tots, and I will see you next week!

Dia&Co (December) Styling and Try-On Video

Hello All My Darling Divas,
Welcome back to another day here on the blog! Yesterday on the blog we talked about my Dia&Co unboxing for the month of December. Today, of course, I am going to show you the styling and try on video for that unboxing! If you missed it, then click here to check that out! In yesterday’s video, I announce that the monthly Dia&Co unboxing is coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean that all the Dia fun is! I will be popping in ever now and then with a Dia Unboxing, so be on the lookout for those in the new year. Let’s get into the video!

So, ladies, did you enjoy? I hope so! I am really thrilled that I got to try on some new styles and some styles that I haven’t worn in awhile! Want to see what I kept and sent back?

Genevieve Denim Shift

Size: 1X

Keeping: Yes

There is no way that I can live without this dress! I just love it so much! It was such a pleasant surprise because I never thought in a million years that I would like a dress like this! That just goes to show you that it’s super important to try something on before you judge it. It’s so casual, and there are so many ways to rock this dress.

I paired this dress with a fringe jacket and boots, and that’s honestly what make me keep it! So I definitely recommend you styling the dress that way if you’re a bohemian gal’! It can also be worn for a super casually with a pair of sneakers and a bomber jacket.

Giselle Distressed Skinny Jeans

Size: 18

Keeping: Yes

I think I have a weakness for jeans. Every time I get a pair, I get instantly hooked! I couldn’t let this pair of jeans go! The distressed detailing is amazing, and I love the cuff detail at the bottom. I don’t have any jeans like this in my wardrobe right now, so they had to stay!

There are a billion and one ways to style jeans. And I will never stop sharing those ways with you! This distressed pair of jeans can be paired with a chunky heel and turtleneck for a chic, casual look, or with a tank top, blazer, and a printed pump for a stylish night out!

Mae Cold Shoulder Top

Size:1X

Keeping: No

I was very impressed by this top. It fit well and made me definitely interested in trying more from Jessica Simpsons brand. Unfortunately, I am sending it back, but only because I am not in love with it.

A beautiful blouse like this is so easy to style. Pair it with jeans, boots, and a cardigan for Fall, or with shorts and sandals if you’re going on vacation like me!

Lesha Dress

Size: 1X

Keeping: No

I like this dress, but I don’t love this dress. I feel like its just a bit too short, and it doesn’t flatter me as much as I would like. I do like the faux wrap detail, and but I just know I wouldn’t wear this dress as much, so I sent it back.

A black dress like this is perfect for NYE! I would pair it with gold accessories to give it a pop, and with a red heel to add just a splash of color.

Ariana Lace Trim Tunic

 Size: 1x

Keeping: No

I really did like this top. I love the lace detailing, and how comfortable it was! I only am sending it back because I have to get Christmas gifts for my family!!!! I probably will ask for again in a future box because it really was the best!

I would go all edgy with a tank top like this. I have no idea why it screams biker chick to me, but I am going to run with it! I would pair it with black skinny jeans, a gray ankle boot, and a moto jacket for a bad@$$ weekend look!

Liberty Bag

Size: OS

Keeping: No

I think I forgot to mention that this was an extra 6th item in my box this month! How cool is that! This item I also liked but didn’t love. A white purse would just get dirty very easy, so I sent it back. I didn’t create a collage for this purse since you can pretty much pair it with any casual look!

Well, ladies, that’s it for the last Dia&Co styling and try on video for 2016! Don’t be sad about it, though! I will be doing them every now and then in 2017, and you can check out all my other Dia videos by clicking here! I had a lot of fun learning about Dia&Co this entire year! Click here to order your box today! Are you following me on social media? You should be! They are all linked above. Can you believe that next week is the last week of 2016???? Time is flying!!
